Here’s a guy who deserves some time in the spotlight. Midland is a UK producer, an expert on taking dreamy pieces of psychedelic pop music and turn it into extended house jams. Last year he made a fantastic re-edit of Caribou’s “Sun”. Now he has worked his magic on Washed Out’s chill-out track “You’ll See It”. Keeping true to the original melody but making it suitable for the dancefloor. Well done.
